WHAT IS HOT YOGA RE-MIX?
Hot yoga remix, is a 75 minute hot yoga class done to music where you can feel free to find and practice the poses that feel best to your body. It will follow the 26 & 2 format to sequence through the body, but the sequence is only used as a suggestion. I invite you to innovate and mix with other styles or traditions as you like.
Emphasis is placed on healing any physical injuries, improving posture relieving tension of neck and shoulders and conditioning abdominal wall.
This class is a semi-private format.
It means very small groups of 5 people or less.
